 Our mission is to champion the health and wellbeing of all school staff — from Head Teachers and Deputy Heads to Teachers, NQTs, Teaching Assistants, and Learning Mentors. In a profession facing the highest levels of reported stress and absenteeism in the UK, we are committed to providing proactive, ongoing support that reduces burnout,

By prioritising staff wellbeing, we aim to protect the continuity of learning, reduce reliance on supply cover, and ensure that every member of our school community can perform at their best.

A series of bespoke, concise educational wellbeing workshops AND confidential one-to-one sessions with teaching staff at all levels (to be arranged within two designated clinic times per month). 

Regular Confidential Data Analysis, depicting trends and patterns to inform and aid future staff care and development planning.

  • Rebuild confidence and self-belief in their professional journey
